Partner Visas
820/801 (Apply in Australia)
309/100 (Apply outside Australia)
A partner visa allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.
Applicants who are applying while in Australia will need to apply for the onshore Partner visa (subclasses 820 and 801).
Applicants who are applying from outside of Australia will need to apply for the offshore Partner visa (Subclasses 309 and 100).
You will apply for the temporary (820 or 309) and the permanent partner visas (801 and 100) together.
Parent Visas
A parent visa is granted to allow a parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident of Australia or eligible New Zealand citizen to move to Australia.
There are different categories available to the parent visa. The categories include:
